What do you need?

Manual record search

Please upload a clear copy of your passport or national identity card. Our team will verify your identity and locate your original CCA before preparing your documents.

This requires additional processing time. PDF-only requests remain free. For a replacement card, payment instructions will be provided after your original record has been verified.

Your identity document is used for this verification and is accessible only to authorised staff. It is deleted 30 days after dispatch, completion or closure of your request.

4. Review and confirm

Processing and delivery

Please allow up to 15 calendar days for dispatch after your complete request has been verified and payment received. Postal transit time is additional. A manual record search requires additional time before this dispatch period begins.

Check your delivery address carefully. Include the recipient’s name, building or apartment number, postal code and country. Ensure that you or an authorised person can receive or collect your CCA.

Transportation and final delivery are handled by the postal or courier service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EAC Malta Ltd is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the applicant, or the recipient being unavailable. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
